You can either get premade WordPress themes or you can have one built to suit your taste, which are called custom themes. The premade ones are more convenient since you just have to pick one and have it uploaded to your blog. Theres absolutely no hassle in making it. The downside is that you may not always find a theme that youre looking for, which is why some people prefer custom built themes.
Custom wordpress themes, on the other hand, may be a bit complex and time-consuming to create, but at least you get to include all the details that youre looking for in a theme. The good news is that there are sites that teach you how to custom build your own themes, so dont worry if you have little experience with them.
